Why can't I get AVG Ultimate to work on a tablet Windows 10

We request you to uninstall and reinstall AVG Ultimate and check if the issue gets resolved. 

Note: Run AVG Clear tool to uninstall AVG products.

I have installed AVG Ultimate on my Windows 10 tablet but I can't get any response from the program.  If I click the Icon It just shows my start up page,  It's also not listed in the programs folder.  If I try to remove the AVG folder to start again it says I don't have permission.  I'm not a computer buff so simple words explanations please.
