Why cant i install on my laptop when i had unlimit device install ??

This shouldn't be happening with AVG unlimited devices product.
May I know what is the exact error that you received for AVG installation?
I hav bourgt an Ultimat ver. but when i downloader i from my green box un my invoice i get Avg internet sec. instead There must have been a mistake somewhere I can send the mail with my invoice and download link to you so you can check if necessary

I understand your concern. I have sent you an email, please follow the email instructions to get in touch with the remote support. They will analyze the issue with AVG and fix it, free of cost.
My Avg antivirus runs ok but it's just the wrong version i get when i downloat from you… I can only download from the email you sent me when i purchased the program , there are som green bottons on the invoice that to downloat from … but i get the wrong version when using those, the text on the bottons is right but the program i wrong I'm using the wrong version right now on my pc , can not do anything else, but how do I get the right version I bought , I need the ultimate version so I can get it on my laptop and mobile phone
I can send the email I received from my invoice and download the Avg Ultimate that I paid for if needed … but I could get a link to download Ultimat and get my license code so I can get things done in order
