Why did AVG mess up my laptop?

It does not give me that option. Keeps telling me to contact customer support for the first option, and the second option keeps failing.

I ran the "fix my pc" feature, now my laptop cannot run ie, I cannot do a system restore, I cannot get into half of my control panel features, I am getting errors that I need the administrator permission (I am the only account!), I am getting errors like "please insert floppy disc" (WTF!?), I cannot open AVG because it wants a lincense number but I was using the free version to test before I buy twelve days from now (not now). My Microsoft word, powerpoint, excel, and God knows what else is gone. This is BS, WTF is wrong with my laptop?
