Why did you not renew my protection?

From your account, I see that you have AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) which has been renewed on 2017.5.11 and it will expire on 2018.5.26. However, your AVG Internet Security already been expired on 2017.5.27 so you might have received email for AVG Internet Security, please let us if you have received email for AVG Internet Security renewal, also you can send us a screenshot of the email you received. I have paid for my AVG Protection with Order no:  701-7810604 and paid ZAR 299,00, which you have deducted from my Creditcard.

However you still send me emails to renew my AVG Protection?

Magda, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
