Why do i get request to sign up when I have already signed

I do not understand why I am continuously getting messages asking if I want a certain security Issue resolved and if I want to sign up . I  have done that and paid for it, Is this a scam of a system, I am not stupid did I or did I not pay for this system to resolve and keep secure  my computer. 
Please sort this out, if I am a client then don't keep on asking if want to sign up again…,
