Why do I have 3 charges on my bank statement? Plus I do not have AVG installed on my lap top. Refund

Please refund my 3 purchases. I don't know why I would spend that amount of money. I don't even have it installed on my laptop. Help me understand. If I don't hear from someone. I will have my bank get it for me. Thank you.
