Why do i have to keep repaying for everything that still has 2 years left

I had to reset my computer and tried to reinstall all my AVG that i paid for and it wants me to pay all over again. There are some items I have paid for 3 times and didn't notice in time to get my money back

Cindy, your subscription for AVG Ultimate includes AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp.
You need to manually download and install both programs. We have sent an email with steps to install and activate both programs.
Please check your inbox/spam and revert back to the email for further queries.
