Why do I keep getting notices to update my AVG

Awful service. I'm logged in then try to login (cause it says I am not) and I get this.

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "AVG Account; on this server.

Get emails saying discount to renew for 2 yrs. Problem is I renewed for two years on 05/24/2015.

Either fix this or I go to Kaspersky, MacAfee, etc.

I have 2 tune up programs running and was asked to update again.    I have not installed the latest update but have been charged for it. please cancel the last one and refund money.

I am still waiting for an answer to the above question, because I can't seem to update my PC account and I do need it for my PC

Gulam Shaik Mohammed, your link does not help as it says to update AVG but your missing the point THE POINT IS Lenora said her AVG is UP TO DATE and she is getting update reminders .
Everytime I turn on my computer I get a notice to UPDATE my avg to internet protection, I DONT WANT TO as I am running AVG FREE , so tell me how do I turn OFF these annoying reminders  ??

PS if these notices are referring to my Mac than please be informed … I do not need this for my Mac and quit making me feel as if I am not up to date on my billing

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
You are getting a popup from AVG at the bottom right corner of your screen which says your AVG antivirus needs to be update and it has the "UPDATE" button in it, am I right?

I am having exactly the same problem.  Updated AVG protection and the money has been taken out of my account but still keep getting notices on screen saying protection has expired.  Check my AVG account and it says all covered.  So annoying!!!

To assist you better, could you please provide us the screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the error message you received when you try to sign in to your AVG MyAccount and also we suggest you to try to sign in to your AVG MyAccount from a different web browser?
