Please note that the app you were offered to purchase to clean junk files on your PC is AVG TuneUp. AVG TuneUp is a PC optimization tool. The program scans your PC to identify issues that may be taking up space or interfering with performance and allows you to select which issues are removed or resolved.
It is a different product and not included with AVG Internet Security (Multi-device). It must be a campaign pop up for AVG TuneUp you received.
AVG Internet Security (Multi-device) includes protection apps for Windows, Android, Mac and iOS devices.
Regarding the firewall issue, please repair AVG Internet Security to resolve it.

Hi I recently purchased this product for my laptop AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device). I keep getting a notification that my enhanced firewall is turned off and that my pc is cluttered and slowdown, when i click to update these they want me to pay for another subscription. Has anyone done this or am i ok to leave my laptop as it is. Thanks
