Why do you at AVG don't know anything about your products but yet take peoples money and never reply
Why do you send "PAID PROGRAMS" AND YET SEND DOWNLOADS THAT ARE INCOMPATIBLE WITH THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED? I purchased via email directly from you plus two other items costing over $123.00 for my Android cell. When I received the receipt containing the key and download, it was incompatible. Why? You sent a download for a computer, NOT MY CELL. TOTALLY DIFFERANT SYSTEMS. I tried explaining the problem over your chat, but then I found out, although you promote it only in English, which I believed was American, the chat person was from the Philipines. That's why I believe AVG didn't understand what I ordered and needed. A NON-COMPATABLE PROGRAN WHICH CONSTITUTES FRAUD TO ME !!! I hope I'm not the only one who was mislead by a company who takes people's money but you cannot produce or even think AMERICAN. Therefore, I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND "NOW" AND WILL PROBABLY SAY, IT WILL TAKE 7 TO 10-DAYS TO PROCESS. WHEN IT TOOK ONLY SECONDS TO PULL IT OUT OF MY BANK. Another FRAUD in my opinion. THEREFORE, refund my money immediately and whoever reads this, MAKE SURE YOU ASK THEIR LOCATION PRIOR, AND IF YOU CANT UNDERSTAND THEIR BAD SOOKEN OR WRITING IN ENGLISH, THEY. ARE MOST LIKEKY NOT AMERICA, SO IN CLOSING, BUY AMERICAN AND KEEP AMERICAN JOBS!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND AVG TO ANYONE BUT ALSO BOYCOTT PURCHASES. BUY AMERICAN FOR AMERICANS.
