Why does AVG automatically bill me for a product I did not order (AVG TuneUp Multi-Device) - when I have only one device and want only basic TuneUp? And yet having taken my money it then tells me I need to enter a new ACTIVATION CODE because the old one is INVALID?
It then tells me to CONTACT SUPPORT, and when I do I get the message SORRY WE ARE BUSY TRYING TO IMPROVE SUPPORT… Really? Support could use some improving. Something certainly needs to improve with your company. Beginning with customer service. Once it was good and apparently honest. Now it is only interested in demanding more subscriptions every time I run a scan, and refusing to recognize the two subscriptions I have already paid for. That is no way to run an honest business! Where's the phone number or user-friendly contact for support? I suggest that AVG is a no long a scanner, but a SCAMMER, bigger than the ones it purports to protect us from.
AVG kindly send me my new ACTIVATION CODE, or CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY.
