Whenever I use Chrome as a browser, and I try to open a link from an email notification (or even just direct) on the Sky community help forum, AVG WebShield prevents it opening, and gives me a 'privacy error. It works perfectly well in FireFox. This is the message I get…Why does WebShield prevent me seeing a perfectly legitimate web site?

If you think that the 'Sky Help Forum' website is safe to access, you can add the website to the AVG exceptions list, which will temporarily resolve the issue.
However, if you'd like to get this issue further investigated & resolved, please use the email we sent earlier to contact our additional support team.
They'll try their best to resolve the issue and if they can't, they'll collect the necessary AVG diagnostic logs & escalate your case to our higher level of support.
