Why does avg tuneup feel the need to spam me constantly whenever I try to use it?

its the full version

the trial version didnt have any pop ups like this, it only had the one telling me i had a limited time left now I have the full thing that's what I have to put up with everytime.

I stopped using it for months and when it came to updating it it spammed me until I did and then spammed me some more.
If I ever want to use the actual software itself its almost impossible because every time I click a button i get super spammed and have to re open the product several times before I can actually use it successfully.
I've always had this installed on all my laptops and im beginning to wonder if that's why they all died.

I'm receiving them in the avg window, not in a browser, browser doesn't have to be open.
In the image linked I am hovering over the open avg in the task bar. Is that not the icon for avg tuneup?
I've currently got start center open.

The pop-up does not seems to be because of the installed AVG PC Tune Up.
We would request you to uninstall AVG PC Tune Up and check it again.
Could you please let us know where exactly you are receiving these pop-ups?
