Why does my avg tune up installation keep failing

I never received resolution to this purchase.  I am asking for this purchase to be honored and also to get assistance in loading it for protection.  I have used AVG for years and I have been going to a lot of personal mattters that kept me from addressing personal matters such as this one.

Do you get any error messages at the time of installation?
If yes, share us a screenshot of the error message, so that we can check & assist you further.

Secondly, kindly specify the operating system of the device on which you're facing this issue.
