Why does my computer crash all the time since installing your products?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
May I know the operating system that is installed on your PC?
May I know the name of the AVG program that you have installed?

No it just freezes then crashes . It happens alot after opening any link and or pages mostly  in relation to Facebook . But it also happens when opening  and read acticles from home page too . I would guess it happens atleast 15 to 20 times a day .  I usually get frustrated by then so i stop using my computer . This just started after installing Avg products  and following the guide to use then .  I used the tuneup program .  I tried using the turbo mode but it seems to freeze and crash even more so running in standard mode right now . The only thing i dont have installed is the web tune up . For some reason firefox doesnt allow that plugin .  Everytime i clink on it , it just takes me to the avg search homepage.

I request you to Open the "AVG PC Tune up" program main window -> Click on 'Rescue Center' -> click on 'restore changes'. Please follow these steps and let us know the status. Thank you.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, AVG Web tune up plug in is having a compatibility issue with Firefox browser. Our technical team is working on the issue and the fix will be available soon. And about your PC crashing issue, we would request you to try to restore the changes made by AVG PC Tuneup to your PC and check if the PC works fine. Thank you.

I uninstalled PC Tuneup and Web Tune up and so far  it seems to not be crashing . Haven't used my computer that much yet , so we will see if that solved the problem.
