Why does my Internet Security revert to free edition and when I try to reinstall it will not?

George, Do you possess a valid license to use AVG IS? If so, To uninstall try using the AVG Remover (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/utilities) [Scroll Down] 32 or 64bit, whichever suits your system. When trying to re-install are you using the correct install file (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/download.prd-isc) [Scroll Down]. Don't select the Trial Version. Also try using the 32 or 64bit Paid Version file whichever suits your system.
