Please let us know how you've narrowed it down that the optimal location of your AVG Secure VPN has changed to Netherlands.
If your AVG Secure VPN is displaying the optimal location as Netherlands, please share us it's screenshot.

When I connect to the internet after I turn on my computer, I noticed that the optimal location for my VPN changes. I'm in the upper midwest, so my vpn is set to Chicago. But when I restart the computer, my optimal location changes to the Netherlands. Now, as a result of this change without me being aware that the change was made, whenever I try to send out any emails they are blocked. Now, my email is blacklisted. Why would my VPN location change to the Netherlands, an area that is a notoriously bad place to be on the internet?
