We are extremely sorry to keep you informed that the AVG program will not conflict with the Windows operation's and the passwords couldn't be managed by the AVG.
Please make sure whether you have entered the appropriate password and the caps lock is turned off.

This is the 5th time I have made a complain & have not once got a reply from avg or anyone at all & I am not impressed. For 5 years I have had 2 a
dministrators on my computer with the same passwords & have had avg free antivirus on there with no issues. I stopped using my laptop for 3 months & when I turned it back on. AVG tells me my protection is out of date & I have 128 issues within 1 minute of being turned on & that I had to pay for my antivirus & computer to be protected. So for the 1st time ever I paid for AVG ANTIVIRUS PROTECTION for my laptop computer & since it finished loading I have not been able to get into my computer as it tells me I'm entering the wrong password for both administers & the backup it told me to do, said it completed but the disc was blank. Please help me retrieve all my kids photos on my laptop. WHY HAS AVG DONE THIS TO MY LAPTOP.
