Why has my laptop gotten worse since i installed avg?

Rashard, Which AVG products have you actually installed?.. In order to analyze it please provide AVG with diagnostic output using this tool (http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe).

programs take longer to open up if they open up, brower continues to say no responding. I tried to use avg to defrag my laptop and it gets to %11 and stop. I no longer have a restore point

I have PC tune up and antivirus. Think i want a refund. I had Nortons before and thought i would try AVG. Im very annoyed
