Why have I been charged double this year ? Last year I paid £20 and today you have taken £40 without telling me price has gone up?

Hi Linda,

You bought AVG with 40% disscount last year, now it was renewed for full price.
Email was sent 30 days before renewal, it is/was(most spam folders are automatically deleting emails older than 30 days) probably in your spam folder.

I am puzzled and annoyed to find out that I have been charged £40 for this years renewal of avg - I only paid £20 last year for it so why has it doubled ?  I have had no email to let me know it was to be renewed at this price which I was supposed to get 45 days before the renewal took place - I don't think I would have continued with it at that price which is far too much for me.
