Why have you charged me for Free AVG?

I understand your concern on this charge. I see from your record that you have active subscription of AVG Ultimate which is about to renew and AVG PC TuneUp which got recently renewed. If you do not use this products, please let us know, so we will escalate your request to the refund team and cancel further automatic renewal from your account.

I have always had AVG Free Protection, and have NEVER signed up for anything else.  Now all of a sudden I get a Charge on my Visa Card saying "AVG Subscription for $64.81.  Why???

Please credit my Visa Card immediately.

This is completely wrong.  Signed  Glenelle.

Don't trust AVG, they accessed my credit card illegally and refuse to refund anything older than 30 days. Please forward your complaint to Citizen advice consumer service. They already forwarded my complaint to Trading Standards. If you want I can give you the links.
