Why if your Programme is called ULTIMATE, are you trying to flog add ons?

why in ultimate paid for, is your dashboard showing I have the free version?, and its trying to flog me add  on s, also if its ultimate why is it showing no hacker protection?, so fed up with this carry on I will cancel at the end of this paid for period.
