Why is AVG charging me more to renew my subscription

This isn't the experience we want you to have. We'd like to clarify this for you.
Reason for price increase being, we have made significant improvements to our detection rates over the last year and we expect to continue this investment as the threat landscape is getting more complex.  
Upon checking your account, we see that you've already reached our billing team & renewed AVG Internet Security MultiDevice (2 years) at a charge GBP 109.98.
Apart from this, we also see that you do have another subscription of AVG Internet Security, which awaits renewal.
In this regard, please let us know how you'd like to proceed with the subscriptions in your account.

I note that AVG have indicated that they will be charging me £149.99 to renew my Internet Security for two years.
However, they are currently offering this at £59.99 a year on the internet (this plus a period of free use).
As an AGV customer for many years, why am I not being offered this discount? 
I am really unhappy with this and am considering moving to another provider.
Can anyone tell me how I go about cancelling the automatic billing that AVG have set up without my consent.
