Why is AVG giving me lag playing Heroes of the Storm

Constant issues no matter what I do to the firewall, I never had this issue with Bitdefender. I even uninstalled the AVG firewall and still gives me issues. If I were to uninstall AVG the game works fine. This AVG is junk, even the UI is garbage everything is hidden away in sub menus to do a simple task.
