Why is AVG PC TuneUp suddendly requiring a password, & why won't it accept the password I use for MyAccount? Is there a way to reset this password for PC TuneUp?

I have been using PC Tuneup for over 6 months, & am now being asked for a password!  I am given no option to change  a lost password, so I am blocked from using a paid for product! Is anyone else having this problem?  & why doesn't AVG have a 24/7 tech support chat line??
