Please do not worry. to fix this issue, after you reset the password and signed in to your computer. Please restore all the changes done by AVG PC TuneUP and that will resolve this sign in problem from your computer. To restore the settings modified by AVG PC TuneUp, please open the AVG PC TuneUp and click on "rescue center" at the right hand side, there you can see the option to restore the changes.

Installed AVG. Compuetr wouldn't recognise my password next time I logged on.
Asked for help. AVG sent me a 'not our fault' message. Locked out of this forum. Changed password to WHAT IT ALREADY WAS, and got back on. Two days locked out, no interest from AVG, and it didn't solve the virus problems.
Here's my solution; I'll take the financial hit and dump AVG.
Bye bye you complete waste of cyber space and your crappy products.
