Why is AVG using high CPU after the recent Windows update?

I recently updated my Windows 11 system, and since then, I’ve noticed that AVG Internet Security is constantly using high CPU in the background. This makes my laptop run slower, especially when I’m browsing or using heavy applications. I already tried restarting my system, updating AVG to the latest version, and even reinstalling it, but the issue still remains. I’m wondering if this is a known problem with the latest Windows update or if there’s a specific setting in AVG that needs to be adjusted. Has anyone else faced the same issue, and what’s the fix?
