Thanks Alan for finding my earlier post. I looked for it, but could not find it. I guess I'm not yet very skilled at finding my way around the forums.
Two questions remain.
1. Is this an AVG bug?
2. What is the correct way to report a bug?
Yesterday I posted a message in the "AVG Protection" forum asking how to report a bug (and including the bug description).
The message is missing, so I presume that somebody deemed it to be inappropriate for that forum. Fair enough, but it would be nice if I were notified.
I remain unable to figure out how to report a bug. Am I excessively thick, or is it really difficult to notify AVG of bugs? Most vendors are happy to get bug reports. Is that not the case for AVG?
