I wrote  a message yesterday but did not receive any reply, however, my question is that I have AVG Ultimate on three computers.  It is working well on the Desktop but on this laptop, the Tune-up will not load no matter how long you sit there waiting for it and the AVG Secure VPN comes up with a message saying AVG Secure is not responding and to restart the service which i have done numerous times.  Can somebody please try to assist.  Thank You
