Why is it so difficult to contact AVG?

I have been going around in circles trying to get someone to contact me from AVG.  Friday I spoke with someone, whom I had difficulty understanding, for over 1/2 hour.  He said that the problem would be sorted remotely, by a technician.  Said he would send an email in 5 mins for me to contact that technician…  I'm still waiting over 48 hours later!..  I am so fed up with this company. I've had nothing but problems ever since I installed Click1. If someone from AVG reads this will they PLEASE contact me.  I've been on my computer for nearly 3 hours trying to do something.
