Why is my admin password blocked when I downloaded AVG?

Hi Alan, I am usuing AVG Antvirus free & AVG Zen. This happened last time with the 2014 version & it cost to get my PC repaired, now the same with 2015. I can use another standard A/C on the PC but any admin and it won't allow. I went in in safe mode & changed my user password but it still blocks sayin another user is trying to get on.
