Why is my AVG Secure Browser not working? When I click on the desktop icon nothing happens

Good day,

I am writing to you to inform you that I got billed for a subscription renewal for US$89.99.   Just to let you know have not used your service since my message as per the above on March 28, 2019.  I would like to get a refund.  My problem with your service was never solved as you can see from the attached message.  Please refund my payment and I would like to unsubscibe from this service.

Please inform me as soon as this is done.

You have purchased AVG Secure VPN for 47.88 and AVG TuneUp - Unlimited for 49.99. Have you installed AVG Antivirus Free on your device? Have you tried with reinstall or any troubleshooting steps?
