Why is my Excel Spreadsheet so slow?

Hello Jeannie,

I am sorry to hear that. Please check if you have put the excel application to sleep mode using your AVG PC TuneUp application. If so, please remove this Excel application from sleep mode and check if that fix the issue.

Open AVG AVG PC TuneUp->Click on Spee Up tab->Select Optimize Startup and shut down and from here you can see the list of applications put to sleep. If you see the MS Excel from the list, please ignore the same and check if that fix the issue.

I just downloaded AVG Tune Up and did all of the scans and did the fixes, including rebooting, but when I ran an Excel spreadsheet, it would take several seconds to go from one field to another.

Any idea why?

If the email is not found in inbox, do check in spam and junk folders once.

That's another one of my problems.  I don't have the AVG toolbar and don't know how to get it.  When I click on the AVG icon in my desktop, I get my Internet Security rather than the Tune Up, and when I try to find it in my directory, it only find the Internet Security.  I never did get an icon for Tune Up.
