Why is this a "community" when community can't get invoilved?

Why is called a "community" when it isn't? It's not a Forum, a chat aresa, a peer help arena, nothing. It's just where public posts a question and as I see so far, only "We are sorry..." can answer? Isn't thi just a watered down Ticket program?

On any "community",

  1. Peer to peer help is promoted.
  2. A place the size of AVG where millions are wondering how to get something working, would break down their products into sections with sub-sections.
  3. A community is where people chat with each other and are not limited to asking only.
  4. A community doesn't throw a manual; at one and tell them to fix it themselves.
Makes me wonder why AVG has flushed it's own toilet before getting out of it. Must be Avast way of bringing itself ahead of AVG and leech off AVG's once-upon-a-time good standing in the anti-virus arena.
