Why keep saying that my avg lic # is wrong, want a correct lic #

Hello Rokeya,
Could you please let us know whether you have installed the Free version of the AVG program on your PC? If so please run the  AVG remover tool : http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to completely uninstall your previous installation of AVG program from your PC. Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/download to reinstall your AVG program.

I used the AVG antivirus on Dec 14, so far everything is OK, but start from this week when I turn on my PC, and AVG give me the message: AVG lic Error - AVG is not able to recognized my  lic #, asked me enter a correct lic # - so, I don't know this lic # where can I get that? Can you tell me how to get that lic # and let me fix it, please tell me how to do that, thanks a lot.
