Why no protection?

Did you transfer AVG to the new computer and seeing 'Not protected' alert when you open AVG?
Did you activate the product using the paid activation code?

I have been with AVG for many years with an automatic renewal in August. My old computer stopped working, so I purchased a new one, and I repeatedly receive messages that I am NOT PROTECTED. What can I do about this?
