It is indeed disappointing when something we paid for does not work fine. Kindly check your email for the instructions to get in touch with our expert remote support technicians. They will do the required troubleshooting to resolve your issue and if they can not resolve it, they will escalate your case to next level.

when screens claiming the product is expired pop up that impacts the functionality. My wife is positively getting nervous every time such things occur.

I definitely connected so this is not my issue and I also used the mail address I am communicating with right now so that is also not the issue. I tried to acticate the extension again and got this message which proves that I used the right email:
"Dieses Produkt wurde bereits mit Ihrem Konto aktiviert. Rufen Sie MyAccount auf, um Ihr Abonnement zu verwalten."
What is the issue is that your server somehow lost all information and tells me that it cannot find any subscription or product. Because of that my installation says it has no license.

I am connected. I even tried to disconnect / reconnect and I still have this issue on 2 computers.My wife's computer was a clean install about a month ago and this issue came up only a couple of days ago.
