Why was two year renewal not offered?

Tried that - got into position 1 on the chat queue and then it shut me off, no email option available and no response to topic.

I have just renewed my subscription - 15 % discount offered. But when I renewed I only got a 1 year offer, so even at 15 % on checking the normal price for 3 units, I have now paid more for two years than would  have done if I had just bought 2 years. All previous subcriptions have been for 2 years. I would like my 2 years for the 15 % off price please!
