Why wont any method of uninstall work

I am trying to remove this stupid programme from my machine. I have tried every method detailed and it still wont go away. The uninstall exe wont load. the uninstall function in windows just generates error codes. i am beginning to believe avast have made it so you cant remove this programme what ever you try.
