Are you able to make the calls when you disconnect AVG Secure VPN connection?
What is your current geo location and to which server is the VPN connected?
Your security device blocks me making wi-fi calls via my PC. As my IP address is now abroad.
Please turn off VPN connection, click Change location, select 'UK, Wonderland' under Streaming.
Turn on VPN connection now and verify the issue.
