This so called known bug regarding (last scan few seconds ago) has been there since the latest update will it also sort out the schedule scan not working is it the same bug are they connected?. The AVG Technologies people seem to have different views on the problem. Some say both the problems will be sorted out with the fix for the (scan few seconds ago) . Some advise the same old repair/remote help which looking at the comments dont work permantly, there problems come back. I hope this Fix sorts the problems out , it has been over a fortnight now not very good is it.

My paid for product has the same fault as above. It is astonishing that avg now taken over 2 weeks to
resolve this issue and provide customers with a solution that works. My question is when can we expect
a satisfactory result? as I am about to ditch the product.

It is indeed disappointing when you have to contact us multiple times about the same issue. I am sorry but we do not have an exact time frame about when the fix will be available. I would like to inform that the fix will be automatically rolled out to the affected users when it is available.
