My mom is having the same sort of problem, where the network is showing "no internet, Secured" and is after uninstalling avg. She uninstalled AVG with revo uninstaller, and was trying to reinstall it, when it stopped and wasn't reinstalling for over 10 minutes. this when the internet changed(not a fault of the router). the other computers in the house work fine, and we've already gone through all of the solutions found in this article. she uses windows 10 on a GS76 Stealth computer.

I understand that you are unable to connect to wifi after uninstalling AVG. Please let me know if you are able to connect to internet via wired connection (LAN cable). Also check if "Airplane mode" enabled in your computer.

Check the ipconfig, ip address is getting the 169.XX.XX.XX.

All my other laptop are able to connect to the router without any issue. It nothing to do with isp. This issue happen only after I uninstall the avg.
the commputer has lan cables, but they don't work as well.
I am using Surface pro3. It do not had the lab connector.
i check already the airplane mode is turn off.

Yes, I understand the situation but ISP will be able to provide complete steps on how to get internet connection working on the laptop that has the issue.
Unfortunately, the issue persists even after following all steps provided from our end, hence it is recommended to contact ISP.

In command prompt, type netsh winsock reset and press enter. Then restart your device and check with Internet Connectivity issue.
