I am sorry to hear that AVG Internet Security unlimited is blocking the WiFi printer. Please follow below steps and check if it works:
Open AVG  -> Internet Security -> Click on Menu in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> Change the network profiles from Public to Private.

I have recently bought and I am running Internet Security, I cannot find the setting that will bypass Blocking WIFI printer when AVG is on. Can someone help me?
