Gail, please follow the below steps to contact our mobile team.
1) Click the following link to visit our support website: https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form?l=&retUrl=support_sales
2) Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"
3) Fill in the details and click on the option "answer via email"
Once your request is submitted you will be getting the prompt answer via email from our mobile team

I've used avg on my phone for years but now find the WiFi security scan no longer works. I can open the app and get to the screen but nothing happens. It's a little frustrating as the app keeps reminding me to scan but no matter how many times I try, there is no movement on screen.
