Hi all,

I need to exclude one folder on my computer from being protected in order to get some software working correctly.  But if I do that, and one of the files (like an exe file) in that folder gets a virus, could the virus then infect other files on the computer's hard drive?  All of the other folders on the hard drive will be protected (not excluded), so they should be safe, right?
