I apologize for the inconvenience. It seems that the program gets corrupted when trying to update. I would request you to follow the steps in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to reinstall AVG Internet Security by running AVG Remover and AVG Clear tool.

Once you reinstalled AVG Internet Security Unlimited, please click the link to install AVG PC Tuneup http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_PCTuneUp_765.exe

I get a notification to update my viruses but when I do It doesn't update
In fact it says already up to date

Been going on quite a while now
