Since you responsed to the problem I posted on 05/11/20 you said it was being referred to a senior technician. 5 days later I've still not hear anything so I contacted Home support and spoke to a "Sarge or Serge". After explaining what the problem was twice he said he couldn't hear me and I said it as because of the his headphones. He kept asking the same question about a licensing issue with TuneUp which was a year ago and I kept repeating what the problem was. It was a pointless conversation so I asked for it to be referred to a senior technician or 2nd level. He took my numbers and said someone would call be back within a few minutes, that was over an hour ago.
I sent you a message on 06/11/20 asking if there had been any developments yet but received no reply. Could you advise as to what's happening and when please, this is my main PC and I have no access to my documents?
