Win 10 files were deleted

Thank you for reaching AVG Support Community.
We regret the inconvenience caused.
However, we would like to inform that AVG TuneUp will not remove files without the user consent.
When you run a maintenance scan, AVG TuneUp will present the results.
By default, files from critical folders like Downloads, Recycle bin, Windows log files, Old restore points are excluded.
User can tick preferred data to remove. In this case, I'd recommend you to undo the changes from the rescue center, try the system restore and check if it helps.
Recovery options  in Windows.

Tuneup has deleted essential win 10 files.
How can I recover these?
