Win 10 upgrade form Version 1709 to 1808

I have tried to run the auot update from Win 10 V1709 OS build 16299.431 to the latest standard V1803.

During the upgrade the computer just stall and never completes the upgrade.  Do I have to disable AVG whilst I am doing this upgrade.

Hello Paul,
I understand your concern. Please check if you can upgrade Windows 10 when AVG protection is disabled? Right click on AVG system tray icon and toggle the On/Off slider to disable AVG protection.
