Thanks for answer (Enable Local Device access when using VPN), but I can't use it for now and here is the reason, one day after my question (and before I had the chance to check your recommendation) the communication between the HP 750 printer and my PC was dead, I decided to install again the HP smart SW (be aware that originally I installed the HP before I installed My AVG). And here are new issue:
I was unable to complete the HP installation since the PC was stuck during the installation.
I disabled the AVG Antitrack, Disabled the AVG internet security and disabled the VPN, and Yet no any success with the HP smart installation.
I UNINSALLED THE AVG VPN and make one more attempt and this time I succeeded.
Now I know the once I Install the VPN (even if VPN disabled) it affect my system, it prevent me to complete successful HP smart and probably more similar or other problems.
and here I am without functional problem free VPN.
Any Suggestion?

We request you to enable the 'Local device access' in your AVG Secure VPN by following the below steps & check if the issue persists:
Open AVG Secure VPN > Menu > Settings > General > Enable Local device access when using VPN.

Hi I moved to Win11, installed AVG antivirus (including VPN) and got a HP Printer…

2. Although in general I can Print and Scan, some time the Printer (HP750)can't complete its Job, amazingly when I am disabling the AVG VPN the Printer working without any issue
